What You Get
‘Anytime’ is a maintenance and support solution designed to provide you with access to a centralised helpdesk and team of engineers that are always on hand and ready to help.
We can solve the majority of reported problems within 60 minutes of receipt and will always provide on-site or remote assistance whenever needed.
Our helpdesk will be available to you free of charge during normal working hours. Whenever you need help, just call or send us an email and one of our experienced London based support staff will be on hand to assist. ‘Anytime’ provides you with a team of people always on call, ready for those times when you need help most. Our staff are available to troubleshoot and fix pretty much anything IT related that you can throw at them including Desktop PC, Server, Printing, Software and Networking problems.
